THE WORLDS NOTHERMOST RAILROAD
Located in Kirkenes, Norway, the worlds nothermost railroad will host an art project and seminar 6.-14. june. The art arrangement within the Migration project, will occupy an old locomotive depot that used to belong to the world's northernmost railroad which covered the 8,5 km between Kirkenes and Bj?rnevatn. The railroad was used for the iron-ore transportation from the mines to the processing plant. The depot did the maintenance service for the trains. Rural Readers will take part in the seminar by presenting a special animated visualization of the idea of an extention of this railroad into Russia. |
